Shipping information

We ship within Germany, the EU and worldwide. We use DHL and Deutsche Post as shipping service providers. For products that are stored in South Africa and are only sold there, shipping takes place via PostNet or DHL.

We reserve the right to change the shipping service provider at short notice or to adapt to the shipping conditions depending on the destination country.

Versandoptionen

Wir versenden innerhalb Deutschlands, der EU und auch weltweit. Wir nutzen dazu DHL und die Deutsche Post als Versanddienstleister. Für Produkte die in Südafrika gelagert sind und die auch nur dort verkauft werden, findet der Versand über PostNet oder DHL statt.

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor kurzfirstig den Versanddienstleister zu wechseln bzw. uns den Versandbedingungen je nach Zielland anzupassen.
